Q: How can I upgrade to a larger VPS Server? Are there any fees or charges with upgrading?
A: You can upgrade your cloud VPS Server at any time with no additional fees associated with upgrading. You can do this yourself by powering off your VPS server in the control panel and choosing “resize” bring up a list of available sizes for you to select.
Q: I need separate accounts for business and personal use. What do I need to do?
A: Please open a support ticket, and our support specialists will assist you.
Q: Why do you email root passwords?
A: We email root password because it’s the fastest and simplest way to get a user online and logged into the cloud VPS server. Once you’re logged in to root for the first time, change your password. It's required. We strongly recommend using a strong password for your VPS server. Here are a few guidelines:
- Create a password with eight characters or more. Longer the password, the better.
- Use random words or strings.
- Add numbers to your password.
- Mix lowercase and uppercase letter
- Use s different passwords for each server
Q: I forgot my password to my VPS server. Can you resend it?
A: We never resend your password for security reasons. If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click on the “Forgot My Password” link on the login screen. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your VPS server password.
Q: How can I change my email address?
A: Login to your control panel and go to the account information page. From there, enter your new email address and then click submit. A confirmation will be sent to your old email address to confirm the change.
Q: Why didn’t I receive a root password via Email?
A: Please check your spam folder, your spam may have blocked it. You can also reset your server’s root password in the control panel.
Q: How do I cancel my VPS server account?
A: You can cancel your account anytime through the control panel. First, destroy all your VPS server in your hosting account, resolve any outstanding billing and then click “Close My Account.”
