Q: How can I upgrade to a larger VPS Virtual Private Server? Are there any fees or charges with upgrading?
A: You can upgrade your cloud based Virtual Private Server(s) at any time with no additional fees associated with upgrading. You can do this yourself by powering off your server in the control panel and choosing “resize”. This will bring up a list of available sizes for you to select from.
Q: I need separate accounts for business and personal use. What do I need to do?
A: Please open a support ticket and our support specialists will assist you.
Q: Why do you email root passwords?
A: We email root password because it’s the fastest and simplest way to get a user online and logged into the cloud server.
Once you’re logged in to root for the first time, we require that the password be changed. We strongly recommend using a strong password. Here are a few guidelines:
Q: I forgot my password. Can you resend it?
A: We never resend your password for security reasons. If you forgot it simply go to the login page and click on the “Forgot My Password” link on the login screen. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Q: How can I change my email address?
A: Login to your control panel and go to the account information page. From there, simply enter your new email address and the click submit. A confirmation will be sent to your old email address to confirm the change.
Q: Why didn’t I receive a root password via Email?
A: Please check your spam folder in case the email was blocked. You can also reset your server’s root password in the control panel.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: You can cancel your account anytime through the control panel. First, destroy any active server(s) in your account, resolve any outstanding billing and then click “Close My Account.”
